So for this counter go to the website which is shown below:

Then choose your style and write from which number you want to start.

Then type your domain name or sub-doamin name and click get code.

Then log in to your blogger account ->layout->add a gadget->javascript\html
->paste your code in the description box.

Then write a title and click save.
